Promise House is an Assisted Living program for those with Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia. It is unlike any other dementia facility in this region and is designed to provide a sense of support, structure and security for the tenants and their families.
Residents at Hiawatha Care Center have access to Zoom, Duo, and Facetime in their own rooms on a personal laptop, or a device provided by HCC when needed. Hiawatha Care Center provides 24-hour professional nursing care. The care provided is given by qualified, experienced nurses and nursing assistants as well as the social worker, dietician, activity director, consulting pharmacist, and consulting physical, occupational, and speech therapists. We have an outstanding medical director. Each resident's care is individualized and planned to help the resident achieve his/her maximum potential in a supportive, caring environment.
Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our caregivers. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings.
